Consumables

[personal profile] hairpincurves 2018-05-16 05:02 am (UTC)(link)
Things that are edible or allegedly edible. If there isn't a specific number, you can probably just safely assume "multiple"

Arginade - Akira sure doesn't know what arginine is, but this drink containing it is good for restoring a tiny amount of spiritual power!
Water of Rebirth - De...licious placenta... Akira has mild regrets about buying these, honestly, even if they also restore a tiny amount of spiritual power. (Discarded with a vengeance)
Leblanc Coffee - Specialty coffee from Leblanc, made by Akira herself! Restores spiritual power in the Metaverse.
Second Maid x30 - Why did she think this was a good idea. Who needs this much orange juice. Oh well, they restore HP anyway...
Creature - An energy drink that Akira doesn't especially care for, but it wakes up Sleeping allies in the Metaverse.
Hot and Sour Tea - Tea that blasts away drowsiness and wakes up anyone afflicted with Sleep in the Metaverse.
Miscellaneous other drinks she's picked up from vending machines that heal HP, including Earl Green, Manta, 1UP, Nastea, and Mad Bull.
Happy Pops - Refreshing lollipops that cure the Despair status ailment for a single party member.
Non-Static Gum - Gum that somehow cures the Shock status ailment for a single party member. Akira personally thinks this particular cognition trick is pushing it a bit but she's never voicing that claim out loud.
Devil Fruit - Fruit found exclusively in the Metaverse. They don't confer quirky powers or make you sink like a rock in the water, but they do restore some health when eaten. Exempt from the "don't eat anything you pick up in the Metaverse" rule because Akira did it herself out of desperation once or twice and discovered there were no side effects.
Yakisoba Pan - Delicious starch on starch. Restores some of an ally's health and cures Hunger. She had to be very fast to get these.
Party in a Can x2 - Canned food to be eaten as a group that restores health. Understandably can't be eaten in the middle of battle. Akira got a set of four from the home shopping program and these are what's left.
Protein x5 - Helps with training! Also restores 30% HP if consumed in the Metaverse.
Leblanc Curry - Specialty curry from Leblanc, made by Akira herself! Not only is it delicious, but it also restores spiritual power to all allies in the Metaverse.
Uji Matcha Flan x2 - Flan made with matcha. It'd probably make a nice gift if Akira knew who to give it to. It has no effect in the Metaverse though...

As for things that are allegedly edible...
Odd Morsel, Rancid Gravy - She flat out refuses to let anyone try these, she doesn't care what they might be able to do. Don't eat things you randomly pick up in the Metaverse or get from Shadows! (Also discarded with a vengeance)

Other

Tools, Materials, and Battle Items

[personal profile] hairpincurves 2018-05-16 05:04 am (UTC)(link)
Definitely be careful with these

Freeze Spray (x10) - 50 Ice damage to one enemy. She got these from the home shopping program...
Sacramental Bread - Medium chance of Bless insta-kill to one enemy.
Baptismal Water - Water used for rituals that lifts all stat buffs for enemies.

Tools
Like twenty Lockpicks - She got really bored over the summer...
Goho-M x3 - Great for when you want to get out of somewhere in the Metaverse immediately. She doesn't let herself go anywhere with less than three.
Covertizer x2 - She's not sure how this mist erases one's presence but she's not going to think that hard about it.
Hypno Mist x2 - Mist that puts nearby enemies to sleep when it's sprayed. She's still not sure how the materials come together to make this... But... whatever works, right?

Materials
A few bundles of Silk Yarn
At least twenty sheets of Thick Parchment
A box of Tin Clasps
A whole lotta Cork Bark (x37)
Plant Balm (x2)
Some jars of Iron Sand
A handful of Condenser Lenses
Seven sheets of aluminum
Some Tanned Leather (x5)
Four containers of Red Phosphorus
Three vials of Liquid Mercury

Books

[personal profile] hairpincurves 2018-05-16 05:06 am (UTC)(link)
Some have places marked with sticky notes

Tidying the Heart - A best-seller on cleaning. The author's proficiency is worth studying.
Buchiko's Story - A heartwarming tale of a dog and his master. It is filled with kindness. (Akira totally cried reading this.)
Playing the Game - Tips from a famous pickup artist. Learn the charm to hook up with someone.
Yoncha Wanderer - A magazine compiling information about Yongen-Jaya.
Medjed Menace - A book on the hacker group Medjed. Be knowledgeable about internet crimes. (She's taken to glaring at this book every time she pulls it out.)
Weekend Parks - A book that introduces great parks for spending a quiet weekend.
Vague - A fashion magazine for girls with unique tastes. (This issue is curled like it's spent a lot of time rolled up...)
Cinema Treasures - A must for film buffs. Allows you to enjoy movies even more.
Flowerpedia - The essential compendium for anyone in the flower industry. (This book in particular has more pages marked with sticky notes than not, and it looks like it's been read many, many times.)
Chinese Sweets - A guidebook to enjoy the sweets found within Chinatown.
Batting Science - A thorough analysis of batting. Could help with your baseball skills.
Master Swordsman - A book chronicling a great swordsman's life. Find the guts to face death. (She's about a third of the way through this. This one actually has a proper bookmark instead of a sticky note.)

Other Healing Items

[personal profile] hairpincurves 2018-05-16 05:08 am (UTC)(link)
They're not technically food or medicine but they have healing properties in the Metaverse anyway??

An absurd number of Adhesive Bandages - There's gotta be like 50+ of these HP-restoring band-aids. She kind of hoards them a little...
Life Stone - Mysterious stones that restore one's health somewhat. (30% HP recovery)
Revival Bead - Revives a fallen ally with about half of their health. Akira's not entirely sure how that works.
Other miscellaneous healing items she got from Shadow negotiations that don't belong under the medicine heading. Most of these cure various kinds of status ailments, so she just kind of shoved them in her inventory and forgot about them, mostly because she has actual medicine.
Mental Floss x20 - Floss that helps cure the Forget status ailment in the Metaverse. A lot of it... Look, they were for sale on the home shopping program!
Coolifier Pads x20 - Cooling pads that seem like they can suck all the heat right out of a warm area. Good for people with fevers or for people afflicted with Burns in the Metaverse. These were also for sale on the home shopping program...
Hand Warmalizers - Heating pads to warm up someone who's got the chills. Useful for healing people in the Metaverse with the Freeze status ailment.

Soul Drop - Items that restore some spiritual power.
Snuff Soul - An item to restore spiritual power that reminds Akira uncomfortably of tobacco. She's got a few of these sitting around.
Chewing Soul - Another spiritual power-restoring item that reminds of tobacco. Why this.

Equipment

[personal profile] hairpincurves 2018-05-16 05:12 am (UTC)(link)
Her own and stuff she's carting around that she hasn't sold yet for whatever reason

Equipped
Quality Kopis - A heavy knife with a forward-curving blade. Probably useful for more than just stabbing things, but she hasn't actually used it for things other than stabbing. Anyway, without Fun With Cognition, it's just a (... very realistic) fake knife anyway.
Rosetta Corset
Tkachev II - Realistic-looking model gun. Fires real bullets when used by Akira thanks to The Power Of Cognition.
SP Adhesive 3 - Patch that gradually restores SP. She is mildly in love with this thing.

Other Stuff She's Carting Around
Black Kogatana - Odd sword with the ability to transmute. She doesn't know what to do with it.
Hip Glasses - Black-framed fashion glasses that Akira got to make herself look smarter and more innocent as a bid to endear herself to her classmates a little. So much for that. She regularly wears them, but doesn't have them equipped in the Metaverse.
Wild Clogs - Shoes with a Resist Fear effect that supposedly make the wearer fearless. Yeah, you'd have to be fearless to wear these things.
SP Adhesive 3 - ... Oops, she'd bought an extra? She was going to give it to someone, probably, but she forgot about actually doing that...
2nd Mate Badge - Prize for completing the first Big Bang Burger challenge. The other customers were pretty surprised at how a relatively small girl could put away that much food... (+10 HP)
1st Mate Badge - Prize for completing the second Big Bang Burger challenge. She's still pretty shocked she managed it... (+30 HP)
Captain Badge - Prize for completing the final Big Bang Burger challenge. She's not sure if this is a badge of honor or one of shame... (+50 HP)
Mind Choker - A choker that strengthens the mind. (+20 SP)
Muscle Anklet - Ankle gear that accentuates muscles. (+2 Strength)
Zodiac Charm - A necklace with a zodiac design on it. (+2 Luck)
Spirit Belt - A belt that makes it easy to harness energy. (Reduces physical damage a little)
Crimson Ring - A ring infused with the power of a fire spirit. (Reduces Fire damage a little)
Ignis Ring - A ring infused with the power of a fire god. (Reduces Fire damage somewhat)
Gale Cape - A cape that helps one avoid Wind. (Has a medium Evade Wind effect)
Attachment Pearl - An unforgettable pearl that attaches to things. (Nulls Forget)
Breath Sash - Adds a breath of life to any outfit. (+10 HP)
Wood Clappers - Used to keep people alert for fires. (+Resist Burn)
Black Rock (multiple) - A stone that can transmutate. She doesn't know what to do with these things.
Calming Mask (x2) - A pair of soft, soothing masks that have a Resist Confuse effect.
Dandy Mirror - Hanging onto this mirror gives a medium chance of repelling a physical attack. It was a gift from Sojiro for placing in the top ten in the finals before summer break.
Dogwatch Kimono - Has a +Resist Sleep effect.

Oh yeah, and also...
Grimy Gear x3 - Shirts that are so goddamned dirty to the point they're unrecognizable. God, why does she still have these.
Acrylic-Coated Gear - She can't tell what this shirt's supposed to be under so much goddamned paint.
Tarnished Gear - Does she even want to know what this thing's covered in? She's not certain what this thing actually is...
Gold-Tainted Armor - Whatever this armor is covered in, she's pretty sure that's not real gold. But holy smokes there's so much of it that she can't tell what it's actually supposed to be.
Dust-Crusted Gear - Dust-allergic people beware! This thing's covered in so much dust and dirt that it's unrecognizable.

All of the above has (finally) been washed

Misc.

[personal profile] hairpincurves 2018-05-16 06:50 am (UTC)(link)
Other stuff she has on hand for some reason or another

A full pack of bobby pins - For multiple kinds of lock trouble.
Pliers - Bending a full, unmessed with bobby pin into a right angle with just your hands is doable but still kind of annoying. Easier to just use these.
Paper clips - Only useful for particular kinds of lock trouble, but also useful for keeping papers held together.
Smartphone - Comes with the MetaNav and a number of phone games on it.
Probation Diary - Lists her general day to day activities. Every day of the week is written in a different color.
Pencil Case - A red pencil case decorated with black and white stars, carrying an assortment of pencils and pens. There are so many pens.
Wallet - For carrying the absurd amount of yen she typically keeps on her. Phantom Thievery is expensive...
Mega Fertilizer x3 - Premium (read: pricey) plant nutrients used by those who are very intense about their plant care. Like her.
Evil Snow Crystal - Allows fusion of Black Frost. Does... does the evil power in it keep it from melting...?
Sticky Hairball - Allows fusion of Bugs. Ugh. She doesn't want this. (It's been stuffed in a plastic bag and shoved to the bottom of her inventory.)

Skill Cards - She's probably got one to three of each (aside from the blank ones)... not that she really uses them.
Blank Cards
Media
Recarm
Psy
Mapsi
Agilao
Snap
Garu
Zionga
Brain Shake
Frei
Hama
Hamaon
Rakunda
Assault Dive
Negative Pile
Megido
Dormina

Things Acquired in PhanRift

[personal profile] hairpincurves 2018-06-14 06:06 am (UTC)(link)
And Her Pen Collection Grows - Two packs of eight gel pens each. One set is glitter, and the other is neon. (Glitter set includes purple, blue, pink, green, black, red, yellow, and silver. Neon set includes green, orange, pink, purple, yellow, cyan, red (given to Goro), and blue)
Spare Outfit #1 - A dark blue crop top with black capri pants.
Swimsuit #1 - Black bikini top with dark blue trim and dark blue bikini bottoms with black trim. They're from different pairs but close enough in color that Akira said "fuck it" and took them.
Spoopy Stompers - A pair of platform sneakers, with bat wings on the heels.
Soda - Does she need a 2-litre bottle of soda? No she does not. She's taking it anyway. (presumably consumed at Maddie's birthday party)
Dress Socks (x2) - A brand new pack of dress socks! There's eight pairs, four in black and four in white.
Drinking Glasses: A stack of four frosted purple drinking glasses. Inside the top one is a red twisty-tie with a pair of keys on it.
Novel: A novel from the middle of some seven-book epic fantasy series. It follows a young man who accidentally developed the ability to speak with the dead, where necromancy of any sort has been outlawed for a century after an evil king tried to use it to take of the world with an army of the dead. Once you get over the last of context from starting in the middle, it seems to be pretty good. Reading it may improve... some stat? Probably?
Cute Glasses - Fashion glasses with a cuter feel than her other ones. These have red frames with black stars.
Birthday Cake..? It's a plain square cake, iced with bland white icing. Someone's piped 'you've aged' with black icing on the top. The whole thing feels rather... unenthused. (being saved for Shido's birthday)
Storage Bins: A set of five nesting storage bins, ranging from a gallon-sized red one to a two-cup sized blue one, in a rainbow of translucent plastics. Watertight!
Iced Animal Crackers: They look cute and smell nice, but they taste like plastic. Bummer. The taste lingers in your mouth for three hours. (discarded)
Dried Fruits: A little bag of assorted dried fruits. (eaten)
"Miracle Wish" Plushie (x2): A cute cartoony plush version of a pink-haired girl with a flashy pink and gold outfit. When you squeeze her, she says "Wish upon a star! I'm Miracle Wish!".
Gacha-chan Poster: A poster of a pretty, white-haired girl in a wildly accessorized and colourful decora kei outfit. She's giving the viewing a double peace sign and the text on the poster reads "No Loot, No Life!"
Crystal Flowers: A pair of roses, made of sparkling crystal, one blue and one pink. The stems are made from rose gold, appropriately enough.
Butler Suit: Comes with a matching hairpin.
Mr Crunchy's Secret Recipe: A tightly sealed bag of crunchy snacks made from ingredients you don't recognize. These are "BBQ B'toth" flavour. (eaten)
It Really Does Grow on Trees: A large seed that, when planted, will grow into a small bonsai-sized tree over the course of a week. Every morning after it finishes growing, it will produce a random assortment of 10 items of Earth-based currency, including both bills and coins. Sure is a shame these aren't worth anything here, huh?
Planetarium Projector: A smooth sphere about the size of a soccer ball and made of opaque black glass. There's a tiny indent in the bottom and if pressed, the sphere will begin to float and project the image of a beautiful, colourful galaxy filled with stars across the walls, floor and ceiling of the room.
Clip-on Bowtie: It's nice and fancy looking and good for when you don't have time to fuss with the real thing.
Blanket: A blue blanket, in a material you don't recognize. It's soft and warm, though.
Ssssssnap Bracelet: A snap bracelet that looks just like a snake! ... at least you hope it just looks like one, anyway.
One Giant Leap For Mankind: A bright orange wearable sleeping bag -- it's got arms and legs so once you're zipped up, you can get up and move around. There seems to be some sort of enchantment on it, as it will be a cozy fit for whoever climbs into it, regardless of height and build.
Sneaky Drone: A tiny little spy drone that's made to look like a bird. It can record up to twelve hours of audio and video and will project whatever it's spied on through its eyes, for your perusal.
Zen Garden: A miniature zen garden set in a slightly battered box. It's been used -- the bag containing the sand is tied up with elastic -- but it still has all the pieces.
Salt Lamp: A roughtly cut salt crystal about the size of a tennis ball. When taken into dark areas, it glows fiercely and provides a much-needed source of light.
Ruff and Tuff Mugwarmer: A fluffy mugwarmer with a design that looks like a dog's cartoony face. It's pretty cute. Wrap it around your drink and it'll keep it toasty warm, no matter how long you leave it out.
Boss-Ass Mug: A self-stirring thermal coffee mug. It says "I'M NOT BOSSY, I'M THE BOSS!" on the side in big block letters.
Ask Again Later: A mystic 8 ball! Just as unhelpful as ever. This one at least as the common courtesy to repair itself if it's ever broken, though.
Heel-Face Turn: A pair of ridiculously shiny black heels, that make a very satisfying noise when you walk in them. They're a perfect fit, no matter who decides to try them on.
Bedb's Pokeball - A Pokeball for her Murkow.
Pokeball (x4) - Pocket balls for pocket monster friends.
Saddle+Reins - Suited for rides on Est, her pegasus.
Joker Costume - A real world version of the outfit she wears as Joker.
Witch's Dress - It came from that weird Witch's Mark thing...
Witch's Lantern - A magical lantern that can be used as an origin point for magical attacks.
Flux - A basic Dark Magic tome.
Donabe - HOT POT PARTY TIME
Rainbow Fineliners: A case of high-quality fineliners in a rainbow of colors. 24 in total.
